The Darkfreeze is back...
This article or section presents information pertaining to Pikmin: Revenge of the Darkfreeze, created by SilverPikmin.

The Hole of Monsters is the second cave explored in the Forest of Peace in Pikmin: Revenge of the Darkfreeze. This cave tests the combat leader's abilities to prepare them for upcoming areas and caves.

This sublevel consists of two Dwarf Red Bulborbs, with the Brown Goodness located on the corner.

Mechawog × 3

This sublevel consists of three Mechawogs. They are unable to crush Pikmin but can slash them apart when nearly approached. Using any Pikmin but Purple Pikmin is ineffective and will not destroy their armor. The last Mechawog defeated will grant you the Strange Cylinder.

Red Bulborb × 1

This sublevel consists of Red Bulborb guarding the landing point, with two or three Dwarf Bulborbs near the Red Bulborb, and the rest are scattered about. Two treasures are present in this sublevel, the Red Bulborb holds the Serrated Disc, and the Giant Red Cap is on a pillar.

This sublevel consists of three Violet Candypop Buds, one Queen Candypop Bud, granting access to Red Pikmin and Purple Pikmin, which are useful for the next sublevels, and an escape geyser, which is available if needed.

This sublevel consists of an arena-like layout where the boss, a Mechaborb, resides. It yields similar abilities to the Mechawog, which necessitates the use of Purple Pikmin to attack it. Once defeated, it drops the Macro Radar, a mapping radar that can track the location of treasures.
