The Hypnotic City is a large city on a massive island in Pikmin: Festival of Music. Just off the shore is a peninsula, though the bridge is mostly underwater. That peninsula is the Hypnotic Island. This island is on planet ALPH6 and features many characters found on the Hypnotic Island. The Hypnotic City wasn't supposed to be in the Festival of Music, but a small band decided to open up in the Hyper Square and thus forced Hypnotic City to join it.
