Skuttercicles are enemies in Pikmin 2... Again? that are similar to the standard Skutterchuck but with more hair and a strong cyan hue. They can blow a cyan icy wind at Pikmin to freeze them into ice blocks, which they then use by throwing or sliding at other Pikmin to crush them, but they will use any ice blocks that are sitting around nearby first.
