Pikmin 4 Deluxe is a fanon Pikmin game by Noise-at-legs (AverageGameMemer), released for the Nintendo Switch 2 on February 12th, 2031, four months before the release of Pikmin 5 and about a year before the release of the Wii ALL. It includes more content such as additional Pikmin types, more areas, a revamped co-op mode, extra minigames, everything from the Pikmin 4 DLC, Amiibo support, a side story about Moss, and much more.

Alternate game modes

  • Co-op mode: supports up to 4 players, and features online multiplayer.
  • Extra minigames: these can be played in single-player or multiplayer modes. There are 5 difficulties to choose from: super-sweet, kinda sweet, normal, kinda spicy, and ultra-spicy.
    • Lumiknoll Defense: features an everlasting night expedition where they goal is to defend the Lumiknoll until it is inevitably destroyed. Any area in the game is available to play on once it is unlocked, and subsequent waves become increasingly more difficult. The Lumiknoll will recover one-quarter of its total health, if any has been lost, after each completed wave. Protect the Lumiknoll, new blood.
    • Boss Shuffle: fight the game's bosses in a random order. 100 are provided for each fight, the types depending on which boss is to be fought.
  • Moss' Side Story: after the Rescue Corps and the castaways they saved leave PNF-404, Moss takes it upon herself to lead the Pikmin. Moss' Side Story is unlocked by defeating the Ancient Sirehound in story mode.
