The White Mushroom Mimic is a crablike insect in Pikmin: The Final Frontier that has a mushroom growing out of its back. Its body is pale yellow, and the oversized cap of the mushroom growing on its back is white and has fuschia spots. It burrows into the ground and uses its mushroom to blend into its surroundings, only revealing its true form when leaders or Pikmin draw near. The White Mushroom Mimic doesn't attack directly, instead only shaking Pikmin off and scattering poisonous spores around itself using the mushroom on its back to deter them. White Pikmin are most useful for defeating them.
