Verdigris Pikmin are a species of Pikmin that can see in complete darkness. They are known to characteristically appear to "glitch" every few moments when idle or not moving, and their voice is very warped. Their eyes are colored indigo. Their scientific name refers to their skin being the same color as oxidized copper.

Verdigris Pikmin appear in Pikmin: Echoes of Eternity. These Pikmin have an unusual glow about them, being mainly of a marbled turquoise color, and have a higher-pitched voice than other Pikmin. They are nimble, can dig fast, and have a carrying capacity of five. They are immune to eternitus but are more easily killed by other dangers.
