Patchy Sheargrubs are enemies that are encountered in Pikmin 4. They are mandiblards that evolved to display bright colors and markings that resemble fabric patches and stitching. Its only eye resembles a red button, and what resembles cotton stuffing is visible protruding from certain parts of its body. As Patchy Sheargrubs move, they emit a snipping noise reminiscent of the sound a pair of scissors make while using them.
