Corrosive Droneules are enemies appearing in Pikmin: Corporate Combat. It resembles and behaves similarly to the Impaling Droneule, has a green-tinted shell, and a red, bulb-shaped head. It skewers Pikmin, and when it reaches half-health, it will begin to also spray acid from the underside of its body, making Green Pikmin useful for fighting one. Although Rock Pikmin cannot be impaled by the Corrosive Droneule, it can still die from the acid it utilizes.

- “This subspecies of droneule has gained a tricky battle technique. If it is assaulted, it will spray a corrosive liquid from an orifice on its underbelly! This acidic chemical is highly potent, quickly eating through exposed flesh and exposing bone! Those entering droneule nests should take extreme precautionary measures to protect themselves from any trace of the substance. Recent research indicates these creatures live in large colonies, with many different subspecies dwelling, each playing a different role. The Corrosive Droneule protects the colony, but further examination also reveals that they execute unwanted members of the colony with their acidic secretions.”
