Ascended Pikmin appear in Pikmin: Echoes of Eternity. They have ascended to a higher plane, making them transcendent. They are the largest Pikmin to be found, resist all elements including eternitus, and have high motor skills. They are incredibly strong, with a 15-point carrying strength. They stun enemies similarly to Purple Pikmin but break through armor when doing so. Therefore, they can stun enemies Purple Pikmin normally can not. The biggest downside of Ascended Pikmin is that they can randomly enter "demon mode", in which they become aggressive to everything around them and invulnerable. The only ways to calm them down are to use ultra-aether spray, also granting them twenty seconds of invincibility, or the Captain's Lullaby.
