Z-bots are the standard expendable soldier robots that the Z Syndicate uses. They are enemies the same size as Captain Olimar made out of a light grey metal, with a large central eye on its face. The color of this eye indicates what rank the Z-bot is. Red-eyed Z-bots only have a weak punch, green-eyed Z-bots can punch and shoot green lasers from their eye and blue-eyed Z-bots punch, shoot purple lasers and command Z-min. Blue-eyed Z-bots are also faster and more formidable than the other two types.
They resemble Hocotatians in the way many science-fiction robots resembles humans.
