A Dungeon of Sticky Situations

This is the first dungeon you'll enter upon arriving in the Penumbra Plains. It's literally right outside of the landing site, similar to the Cavern of Chaos in Pikmin 2. Just clear out the nearby enemies and enter it, but make sure you come absolutely prepared with a wealth of sprays and forces made for effective fighting of all varieties. The dungeon is an ominous crawl through faintly glowing chambers with crystals and subterranean fountains. It's all very interesting to look at, but don't let appearances fool you. You'll be cut down in seconds if you wander lost and and unaware of your surroundings. Note that many of the interesting objects and structures you encounter down here aren't just for show; you can use them as cover if the going gets rough. There are even trenches if you need them that badly (there were a few back in the Supercomputer Complex in the Forest Depths). How considerate.
