The Water-Ski Biper is a mechanical enemy in Pikmin E: Remastered that is spherical in shape and outfitted with the same cybernetic enhancements as a normal Biper, however, is also outfitted with a pair of ski-like boards that allow it to smoothly float across water and other similar surfaces. It glides around on top of said water, and when spotting Pikmin or Leaders, it will either dive down to them if they are underwater, and skewer Pikmin and Leaders caught, or if on land, chase after them and behave as if a normal Biper.
