The bad ending of pikmin one makes it that pikmin 2 woldn't exists.Beacause of that olimar woldn't escape the planet of pikmin (pnf 404) and Luke woldn't repay a single cent of the dept because their would be no proof of the treasure. Then the
events of pikmin 3 wouldn't happen because you find Luie and find out where olimar is and olimar isn't there with the cosmic drive key.So that explains how there are 2 universes in the pikmin series.
