The ultra-sour spray is the fourth spray encountered in Pikmin 18,000,000,011. The effect of using it is that it instantly kills a enemy. Due to it being OP, there is a 0.1% chance of it spawning from a egg, only 5 Sour Burgeoning Spiderworts exist, and there being a limit of 3 sprays.

Bosses are not effected by this spray.

In Pikmin SP, ultra-sour spray is found at Bramble Woods, with all the other spray berries in a small hollow near the landing site, guarded by a black bramble gate. Enemies it is sprayed on will be rendered immobile but can still attack. Upon defeat, affected enemies will drop two random sprays, five if they are a boss.

In Pikmin: Decayed Leaf, ultra-sour spray can be harvested from berries, or collected through other means. The spray itself has a light yellow hue, similar to nectar. However, the color is much brighter, and the spray itself gives off a slight glow. When the spray is used, all Pikmin doused in it will have a bright yellow glow. The spray makes them completely inedible to all enemies that try and eat them. Due to how powerful the spray is, it lasts a lot less longer than other sprays.
