Oh, actually, adopt was not in the polcies and guidelines, it was actually on the help namespace. Anyways, it says you can't change the game's plot much, too. And a example is one which says you can't change their title, or do any change too big that could change the adopted game too much. For example, if Pikmin 2... Again? got up to adoption, and the user adopting it rename it to. Like, "Pikmin: Meadow of Memory", it wouldn't be much a good thing.
