These unusual Mandiblards live in the desert and are often found near oases and buried under sand. They have small blue eyes and are covered in sand and dirt, acting as a small amount of armor. Underneath, it has yellow skin and is covered in lime green slime. This slime is sticky and only Green Pikmin can escape without being sticky, and dissolves in water after about 5 seconds. This slime protects the mandiblard from drowning and returns after 10 seconds out of water. They constantly search for food for the females Buried deep underground.
