Robot Pikmin

Robot Pikmin, also known as Grey Pikmin, are robot Pikmin that were made at Planet Hocotate to serve as workers on the Pikmin Planet so that they wouldn't have to go though the trouble of enslaving the Pikmin, but when Warimar and his legion of Mushroom Pikmin arrived the robot Pikmin where upgraded to fight off the evil Pikmin. Olimar acquires them when he defends the capital Hocotatian Colony from Warimar. Robot Pikmin have an grey Onion, and they fight differently than other pikmin; instead of fighting in close combat, they have lasers which they use, and when thrown, they can hover for 3 seconds, making them the 2nd best Pikmin when thrown (Only beaten by Yellow Pikmin). They aren't immune to any hazards, and they cannot be reproduced through pellets. Instead, you gain Pokos by completing challenges and missions which are used to buy more robot Pikmin at the Robo Pikmin Factory. They have another special trait, and that is using a special terminal in colonies which can be used to get secrets and access more areas.
