The Queen Dewsucker is the female counterpart to the Male Dewsucker, and a boss within Pikmin Z. Its body mainly consists of a round core, three sets of insect-like wings directly behind its head, and a long needle-like proboscis attached to its face.

The Queen Dewsucker is the ruler to all the Male Dewsuckers in her hive. Younger females leave the hive to start their own hives while males remain to aid the queen. The Queen Dewsucker will summon them periodically, but after getting hit it'll try to stab Pikmin with her long proboscis.

- "The queen dewsucker is the apparent female variant of dewsucker. She may be able to fly, but it seems most of the work is done by her workers to get her food, so it's unclear as to why she has a proboscis and the males don't. It would be easier for the males to retrieve the nectar that way."
Strategy
Initially, the Queen Dewsucker flies out of reach by most Pikmin types except for Yellow Pikmin, which can be thrown at the creature to weigh it to the ground. Waiting until she attempts to skewer can also be a good decision, as she flies lower to hit them. Once she has taken enough damage from the Pikmin attacking her, the Queen Dewsucker will shake them off and summon Male Dewsuckers to protect her while she heals herself. The amount of health she regains depends on how long her minions can protect her; the sooner they are destroyed, the less health she regains. Continue this process until she falls in defeat.
