Pineapple Pikmin have 2 stages: Ultimate Pineapple Pikmin, and Baby Pineapple Pikmin. Baby Pineapple Pikmin are editable and follow Ultimate Pineapple Pikmin. Ultimate Pineapple Pikmin are adults and eat the Captain.
