Pikmin Fanon's privacy policy details the nature of the data collected from users, and who may access this data. Users that do not agree with this policy should not use the wiki.
Users that have any questions or concerns regarding the collection and use of their data or would like to request to have their personal data removed should contact a bureaucrat, on their talk page.
Data
Session
All content on Pikmin Fanon is open to the public for viewing and editing. Session data such as IP address, browser, operating system, screen resolution, and geographic location may be recorded by Pikmin Fanon through cookies. This information is used to help improve the quality of the wiki's services, and will never be distributed to third parties without the approval of the relevant users.
Personal and account
Users that register an account on Pikmin Fanon will have data such as their username, email address, and other provided details recorded in order for the wiki to identify them. Users may access and edit their data by visiting their preferences page while logged in. This data will never be shared with any third parties, and the wiki staff will endeavor to ensure that users' data is kept secure insofar as is reasonably possible.

Content submitted to the wiki is the work of its editors; as such, Pikmin Fanon's owners and staff can not be held responsible for content posted to articles that may be considered offensive, inappropriate, misleading, or which may expose private data. However, the staff will promise to attempt to monitor all incoming contributions and to remove any such content as soon as possible.
