Pikmin: Regrowth is a collaborative project being worked on by multiple users.

Story

After Olimar had originally crashed, and then went back for the debt, twice, and the Koppaites went to get food, their missions have become mainstream. Many companies and people are interested in researching, making a quick buck, or in general looking at the planet for many purposes.

The President, starts an expedition and assigns the now famous Captain Olimar to lead the expedition. The expedition team plans to set ambitious goals of collecting as much of everything they can in order for study and to improve life as they know it. However, another mission is to find Louie, a local employee who was accidentally left behind, which the President has swept under the rug from the public, and wishes to have it be this way to save his newfound reputation.

When the crew go back to PNF 404, something goes horribly wrong. They would arrive at the night hours, when the Master Onion would go to the sky, and one of the ship's engines malfunction and Olimar and his crew couldn't navigate, and incorrectly smashed into the Master Onion, causing it to break and split, crashing from the sky and into unusable conditions.

Olimar's crew and him immediately get separated as the ship implodes, and separates ship parts and the crew, with each barely surviving in some way.

Now the group must regrow each species of Pikmin from special Candypops in order to succeed their mission.
