Main article: Burrow-nit family

The Joustmite refers to the default skin for this creature, although the rest of its skins span the entire burrow-nit family. This creature makes a high-pitched squeaky sound and will stab small crystals with Pikmin cutouts hung over them, which causes the crystals to make noise.

Yellow Wollywog

Main article: Yellow Wollywog

The Yellow Wollywog makes hopping sounds as it attempts to crush Pikmin cutouts, each with a different note underneath it. This creature also wipes its face with its webbed front feet when left idle for a while.

Creeping Chrysanthemum

Main article: Creeping Chrysanthemum

This creature takes the appearance of the Pikmin 4 creeping chrysanthemum, but it does have a skin for the original version in Pikmin 2. It extends its tongue to hit several buttons around it, which all create noise.

Cannon Larva

Main article: Armored Cannon Beetle Larva

This creature makes a sound similar to the turning of an Armored Cannon Beetle Larva and uses it to beatbox.

Red Pikmin

Main article: Red Pikmin

This Pikmin will play a variety of sounds that are made by Red Pikmin. The model shows the Pikmin in a fire geyser.
