The Mushroomy Bulborb is a bulborb that has been afflicted by Puffstool spores. It has white, empty eyes, and a purple back with white spots and small mushroom caps. They have a dwarf counterpart. When they shake Pikmin off, they spread Puffstool spores around themselves, similar to the Fungiborb.

- "Field research indicates that this is a bulborb that has been afflicted with puffstool spores. Once all the spores are taken out, the bulborb reverts to what it was before it got afflicted. We do know that it happens to pikmin as well."
