The Fungus Candypop Bud is a candypop bud appearing in Pikmin: The Continents. Compared to other candypop buds, this weird one grows only in forests, and its three petals taste of mushroom and have mushroom-like flesh that some creatures have an appetite for. When a Pikmin wishes to become a Fungi Pikmin, it may leap into a Fungus Candypop Bud all on its own to convert itself and the candypop spewing a shower of spores that turn nearby Pikmin into Fungi Pikmin.
