This article or section presents information pertaining to Pikmin: Hybrids, a fanon game created by Amphituber.

The Mitite Queen is a massive parasick that appears in Pikmin: Hybrids. It is the boss of Root Burrow. The Mitite Queen resembles a gigantic, red Mitite, and scurries around using six long, slender legs. It can eat up to two Pikmin at a time. Pikmin are initially frightened by the Mitite Queen, but whistling them will calm them down until the creature lays an egg that bursts open with Mitites. The most effective strategy against the Mitite Queen is to attack it from behind with Hybrid Pikmin that are infused with the abilities of hotskin and spike, which results in a quick victory.
