Magmutas are rare varieties of [[Mamuta]] that represent the creature's polar opposite. It looks like a Mamuta made out of burning shadows, with two burning yellow eyes with no pupils. If it spots any Pikmin nearby, it will walk up and slam down with its claws, smashing the Pikmin to death. It can only be attacked by Red Pikmin due to the fire that engulfs the whole creature. Its smoky appearance helps strengthen the argument that there is some kind of relation between the Mamutas and the Proggs.
