Ice

Ice is an element found in the Pikmin game series, and found in many, many Fanon games. Ice hazards mostly are cold air or icy surfaces, cold air will freeze Pikmin and icy surfaces will make them slip and slide unless they are Ice Pikmin or Cyan Pikmin. Frozen Pikmin are encased in ice cubes and will die after eight seconds if not whistled out.

Some enemies also utilize ice as a weapon, for instance, the Chill Dweevil expels clouds of cold mist when attacked. Some enemies also use low temperatures as a defensive covering, like the Icy Bulblax, which is shrouded in a shield of cold air. Ice Pikmin or Cyan Pikmin generally should be used against ice-wielding enemies.
