Hybrid Pikmin
In reality, there are about 14 subtypes of Hybrid Pikmin. Hybrid Pikmin are hybrids of Pikmin types and can be gotten by throwing two Pikmin into a Hybrid Candypop Bud. Ten hybrids of the two Pikmin thrown in will be produced. Hybrid Pikmin have both the abilities of the two Pikmin types used, as well as additional ones on rare occasions. Hybrid Pikmin always look like a featureless pikmin with alternating diagonal stripes of its two colors. The different subtypes of Hybrid Pikmin are listed below.
Bluereds(These have the additional ability of being able to swim in lava.)
