The Hoverbot is an attack drone built by the Z Syndicate. It looks like a ball with four downwards-pointing cones on the sides and a single red eye. When it sees you and/or your Pikmin, it will slowly hover over to you and activate a tractor beam that traps Pikmin and captains inside the robot! Any Pikmin inside too long will be electrocuted, so it's kind of like a robotic Jellyfloat.
