Heavil family

The heavil family is made up of creatures which are known for their throwing abilities.

Members

Flatterchuck

Main article: Flatterchuck

Flatterchucks are flat creatures. They are harmless; they only jump if leaders or Pikmin stand on them. If nothing is on it, it will remain static. When they jump, they throw upwards anything that is on top of them.

Skutterchuck

Main article: Skutterchuck

Skutterchucks are harmful enemies that can launch crystal nodules or other small objects at Pikmin, usually crushing them. Only Rock Pikmin are immune to those attacks.

Skutterpult

Main article: Skutterpult

This Heavil is quite a bit larger than their closest relative, the Skutterchuck, but is quite a bit more passive. They can be found on every other sublevel of Scarpanid Escarpment, and are quite useful for carrying back treasures and enemy corpses.
