The '''Greater Grub-dog''' is a boss appearing in ''[[Pikmin: The Lost Bushland]]''. It has a white face, two red eyes on the side of its head, and a dark blue backside with retractable spikes covering it. It is initially found with its face buried in the ground, with only its spiked backside visible, but will wake up when approached. Five appear in the Flooded Brook, and each of them must be coaxed into eating [[bomb rock]]s to daze them and inadvertently make them retract their spikes, rendering them vulnerable to attack, especially swarming. Alongside being able to eat up to nine Pikmin at once and [[Blunt force|skewer]] [[Pikmin family|Pikmin]], it can also yell to awaken resting enemies and attract the attention of enemies in its range and scare Pikmin into a [[panic]]. | |||
