The Lava Goliark is a large, stag beetle-like creature with huge mandibles and lava-spitting abilities. Its attacks include spitting lava at leaders and Pikmin, charging at them, and snapping at them with its mandibles. When its health is almost fully depleted, it will jump extremely high in the air and try to land on the active leader. It appears in Crag Cavern as the boss of the cave.
The Lava Goliark resides in lava.
