The Frozen Bulborb is the Skeleton of a Bulborb frozen. It does not attack you, but is rather a decoration. They can only be carried by Icy Pikmin, and can still be brung to the Onion or Ship for Pokos or Seeds, due to still techncily being a living organizim.
