Foundation Dweevil

These dweevils do not have an element. they often pick up elemental dweevils or other tower dweevils. they have higher IQ than most dweevils, so they know that all pikmin have different resistances, so think "100 elemental pikmin VS tons of elemental dweevils. who wins? dweevils. how to gather dweevils? ... Tower of dweevils!" also, only the bomb resistant version picks up volitile dweevils, and these normal Tower dweevils can pick up miniature webber dweevils.
