MediaWiki is both a wiki and also a page type, where you can use code to change stuffs. There are two types, CSS and JS. CSS change the appearance of stuffs, you can see [[User:Blower Pot/vector.css|my vector CSS]] as a example, or [[:pikipedia:MediaWiki:Vector.css|it's base]].
