I feel like this policy is a bit outdated... The User Rights Policy doesn't even seem like it should be a policy, as it isn't a set of rules, because user rights are pretty much a fundamental on wikis. I feel like this policy is a bit outdated... The User Rights Policy doesn't even seem like it should be a policy, as it isn't a set of rules, because user rights are pretty much a fundamental on wikis. Additionally, I notice that the policy has two duplicate pages, one being a help page and the [[PikminFanon:User Rights Requests|other being a nomination page]].
