The Flying Spotted Jellyfloat is a slightly transparent jellyfish-like enemy that is blue with two lines of spots on its body. Its two antennae are tipped in yellow. It is about two times the height and width of a leader, being the smallest member of the jellyfloat family. It differs from other members of its family in that it crushes Pikmin instead of inhaling them. Flying Spotted Jellyfloats float around randomly and periodically make noises, and fall to the ground when either leaders or any Pikmin are under it. Pikmin will die if the Flying Spotted Jellyfloat lands on them. Greater Spotted Jellyfloats levitate much higher up than other Jellyfloats, so the only opportunity to attack them is when they slam onto the ground.
