The Flying Progg is the first boss in Pikmin 3: The Progg Wars. It gives you the red onion. It can talk, as when you enter, it yells at you not to take its golf ball.
A boss in name only
The Flying Progg attacks by dropping his golf ball on you. This will send out a shock-wave that will convert pikmin. It has no covering most of the time but if you get under it, it will become like a Smoky Progg and shoot a blast of transforming smokiness at you.
how to defeat
When its goes to pick up the ball, throw your pikmin at it. Rinse and repeat.
