The Fiery Progg is just another progg from Pikmin 3: The Progg Wars.
How to Defeat
Luring it into water will turn it to stone similar to the effect of Ultra-bitter spray. They can also be destroyed by coming in contact with a Watery Progg. Only reds can resist the seering heat.
