The Explosive Ticka is an enemy introduced in Pikmin X: Deep Freeze. Replacing the Volatile Dweevil of past games, the Explosive Ticka is a creature that manages to mimic a bomb-rock even more perfectly than its predecessor. Until awakened, all that is visible of the beast's true appearance is its tail, and once approached, it crawls after Pikmin and leaders, exploding after a few seconds. Take caution when exploring sublevels that contain these, especially because of their tendency to fall from the ceiling.
