This Bulborb is usually found wandering around a set area, so it can be tricky to attack it. However, if you have Rock Pikmin, it shouldn't be a problem. Simply use your Rock Pikmin to break its crystal armor and then throw all your Pikmin on it's exposed body.
If you don't have Rock Pikmin, Bomb-rocks will do just good. One Bomb-rock should be enough to break its crystal shell and cause massive damage.
If you don't have Rock Pikmin ''or'' Bomb-rocks, then avoid this Bulborb, since the only way you'll be able to cause damage is by attacking it's face. If you have to face it like this, make sure to aim for its eyes to make it flinch.
