The Charging Eltak is an enemy appearing in Pikmin X: Deep Freeze. A red and orange creature covered in spines, the Charging Eltak is very aggressive, rushing blindly at whatever it sees. As it can't turn itself around while charging, it may seem easy to avoid, but it is very fast and also leaves behind a trail of fire. The spines prevent Pikmin from grabbing on and attacking, but the Eltak becomes vulnerable when it hits a wall and becomes stunned momentarily, retracting its spines and opening the opportunity for attack.
