Cascading Archipelago

Cascading Archipelago is the second area in Pikmin Community Fangame. As the name suggests, it is set in an archipelago of islands, big and small. It contains six caves and six fruit. it is unlocked after collecting the Portable Data Glutton from the Snowy Mines in the Frosty Mount. Chill and Pepper are first found here. The design of the area is inspired by tropical Wilds from Pikmin 3

Layout

Base No. 1 (Tropical Wilds) is set right in the middle of the map. Nearby are three small islands where Pearly Clamclamps sit on top of them. behind the base is a Fiery Blowhog, which is close to an island with a cave entrance to a Dandori Challenge. this challenge can only be entered after clearing the Seaside Cavern. In front of the base is a Hermit Crawmad, guarding a clay bridge. Beside the clay bridge is one of the many points where the player can hop on a lilypad. After crossing the clay bridge near the first base, there is a hidden Mushroom Onion that can only be found in the cutscene where Chill accidentally runs into it while running away from a Business Buckler. in that same piece of ground, there is a Whiptongue Bulborb and two Swooping Snitchbugs at the rightmost point of that island. In that same spot, there is a toybox, which has a cave entrance to the Seaside Cavern. In the bottom-rightmost point, there is an area that has another Fiery Blowhog, two Burgeoning Spiderworts, and a cave entrance to Sizzling In the leftmost point, there is a herd of Swarming Sheargrubs, a pile of raw material, and a cave entrance to Oversized Tunnel, which the exit of the cave is on the other side of the wall, which on the other side, there is a buried Sunseed Berry, and Base No. 2, (Arachnorb's Den) which is in the bottom-leftmost point. nearby that base, there is an arena for a Baldy Long Legs miniboss. after defeating it, there is a clay bridge that leads to the bottom-rightmost island. After riding a lilypad up the waterfall, there are even more islands, one that is in the top-leftmost point that has a Swooping Snitchbug, a raw material pile, and another cave entrance.
