The Bomberwisp is an enemy that appears in Pikmin: The After Years. This creature strongly resembles a regular Honeywisp except it holds various types of bomb rocks instead of a blob of nectar or an egg. Like the Acidwisp and Firewisp, it too is aggressive. It will only drop its bomb-rock when it is close enough to Pikmin or leaders. Bomberwisps do not yield any sort of useful reward when defeated, meaning that there's nothing to be gained for defeating one other than a bomb-rock that will detonate upon hitting the ground. The most dangerous type of bomb-rock is can hold is the Nuclear bomb rock.
