The Blastool is the boss of Fungal Dwelling, is an encountered along with two Puffels on the final sublevel. It resembles a winged Puffstool with a gray cap, a pair of wings, and two large feet. The Blastool has much health.

- "This odd sporovid has completely detached from its colony and lives on to find other mutated puffstools to reproduce with. It is believed that its original colony was located near radioactive sludge and that it simply flew away after the others died."
