The Beginner's Cave is the first cave in Dreary Dunes in Pikmin: The After Years. It is a really easy cave, hence the name, and there are harmless enemies here except for the boss, but it is still easy. There are three sublevels and five treasures located here.

• Unmarked Spectralid
• Breadbug
• Cinnamon Breadbug
• Giant Breadbug – Boss

After the Giant Breadbug is defeated, it will cough up the Communication Device.
