The Bagelbug is a rare relative of Breadbug appearing in Pikmin: Scavenge. Resembling a bagel almost cut in half, the Bagelbug can flip its top side forward, potentially crushing any Pikmin it lands on. Its weakpoint is the soft interior between the creature's two halves, requiring waiting for it to attack before it can be damaged.
Notes
Louie's recipe
- “Slather with honey and roast the "seeds" with live oil. Meat is bland. A substitute for honey is roasted Flarlic.”
Olimar's notes
- “The structure of this creature is very weak. Though its joints are stronger than metal, a mere attack opens its weak spot! I could never imagine being one of these guys. But they sure are brave.”
Akari's notes
- “Though I find it rather hard to fight, the way its legs are barely holding its plump body up is downright CUTE!”
Botan's notes
- “Structural flaw: soft interior / Poko value: 10 / I wonder if a breadbug larva just crawled into a bagel and turned it into a bagel-bug. But that wouldn't make sense.”
