Behaviour

The Armored Flint Beetle appeares in Pikmin 10. In this game, it will charge at your Pikmin to knock down and deflower them. It can drop Nectar, Pellets (of any color), Ultra-Spicy Spray, Ultra-Bitter Spray, or Ultra-Bitter and Ultra-Spicy berries at random when it rams into a wall, or if its crystal armor is broken and a Pikmin is thrown onto it, and it will drop up to five at one time.

Appearance

In Pikmin 10, the Armored Flint Beetle sports a tough crystal exoskeleton that can be broken by Rock Pikmin and is clear. Its actual body looks like a silver version of the Iridescent Flint Beetle, casting glare at the camera if it is viewed from an angle. It has shiny red legs, thick blue eye stalks, and lime eyes that glow in the dark.
