The Acidic Squack is an enemy appearing in Pikmin Chronicles. They have the body of a chicken and the head of a duck, the color of the head being green. The squack will only eat Pikmin that are made easily digestible by the acid it spits up onto them, although that acid can't be used directly by the squack. If the acid a squack uses is absent, it has almost no way to kill Pikmin, unless water is present, in which case it will grab some Pikmin and dash quickly towards the water source to drown them. The Acidic Squack can grab and eat Pikmin extremely quickly. If a squack eats a Green Pikmin, it regurgitates that Pikmin as well as the acid needed for that squack to eat Pikmin, regurgitating between five and seven, inclusive, balls of acid that rain down from above. Although risky, throwing a Purple Pikmin directly onto a squack's head will kill it instantly.
