The Acidwisp is a variant of the Honeywisp creature. It is grey instead of pink and bears a sample of a green substance at the base of its body. If it is hit by a Pikmin, it will drop the acid bubble and flee. Unlike other creatures similar to it, this one is known to be openly antagonistic. Take caution around it, and don't throw wildly!

The Acidwisp is a distant cousin of the Honeywisp, however instead of an egg it carries a drop of acid which it can drop to dissolve all Starmin except for Pulsar types.
